Students at HPSD have the opportunity to take a wide array of dance classes from creative movement to advanced pointe work, as well as modern, jazz and hip hop. Training is offered for both children and adults and ranges from beginner to pre-professional.
Detailed description of specific classes follows:
• Creative
Movement (3 years old)
• Ballet
Classes (Pre-Ballet I-III: 4 - 6 years old & up; Ballet
I-VI: 7 - 14 years old & up;
Pointe: 12-14 years old & up)
• Modern
Classes (Modern I-IV: 7 - 14 years old & up)
• Jazz
and Hip Hop Classes (Jazz: 12 years old and up; Hip Hop: 7
years old and up)
• Adult
