The School benefits tremendously from the volunteer assistance
of friends and family members. These Friends of the Ballet provide
a wide range of valuable help in making the School’s performances
and other activities run smoothly and successfully. If you are

Hyde Park School of Dance is dedicated to sharing dance with the community and ensuring that any youth with the desire to dance is given the opportunity to participate in high quality programming.
Donors have the opportunity to ensure the continued growth of the School and provide vital support for its mission. Gift options include providing general operating support as well as support for the scholarship and outreach programs, the development of the School’s repertoire of original choreography, and production support for performances.
The Hyde Park School of Dance is partially supported by a CityArts Program 2 grant from the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
